Delete your RazGaz account

This page explains how to delete an account in RazGaz, the food delivery app of RAZ GAZ DELIVERIES LTD.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

The account is deleted straight away. If an order is still on its way, you can delete once it arrives or is cancelled.

Without the app

Email erel@raz-gaz.com from the email address, or with the phone number, you signed up with, and say you want the account deleted. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  1. Your name, phone number and email address on the account.
  2. Your saved addresses.
  3. Your order history in the app.
  4. Your coupons and any remaining credit. Unused credit is not refunded.
  5. Your support chats and the pictures attached to them.
  6. The link to your Apple or Google account.

What is kept, and for how long

  1. The record of the orders themselves — what was ordered, from which restaurant, to which address and for how much — is kept for as long as tax law requires: seven years from the end of the tax year.
  2. A restaurant's own customer list, for a restaurant you ordered from, is that restaurant's record.
  3. If you are also a RazGaz courier, your courier account stays. Only the customer account is deleted.
