What is RazGaz?
RazGaz is a local delivery network in Israel, operated by Raz Gaz Deliveries Ltd. We connect restaurants that need a courier with independent couriers who choose their own shifts, so a restaurant gets deliveries without hiring a fleet of its own.
How does a restaurant start working with RazGaz?
Two ways. You can work from our portal in a browser with nothing to install, or you can connect the ordering system or point-of-sale you already run through our API. Either way the order reaches the restaurant, goes out to the nearest couriers, and the first one to take it is on the road.
What does a delivery cost?
Pricing is agreed per restaurant — by the distance of the delivery or by its destination, depending on what we settle on. Write to us and we will put together an offer for your kitchen.
How do I become a RazGaz courier?
Download the courier app, sign up from your phone and upload your documents. Which documents we ask for depends on the vehicle — a bicycle needs an ID card, a scooter or a car a driving licence instead. Once you are approved you can start a shift and take orders.
When does a courier get paid?
Pay accrues per delivery, updates live in the app, and is paid at the end of the month. Every order reaches a courier with the distance, the destination and the payment shown before they decide whether to take it.
Is there an app for ordering deliveries?
The courier app is already on the App Store and Google Play. The customer ordering app is in development and has not been published to the stores yet — until then restaurants work with us through the portal or the API.
